Required Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum of 10 years’ experience in Track construction works.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum of 15 years’ experience.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction, installation, and maintenance of railway track (P-Way) including rails, sleepers, ballast, and formation.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and railway standards.
• Monitor track alignment, leveling, and geometry to maintain safety and ride quality.
• Oversee activities such as track laying, welding (LWR/CWR), tamping, ballast regulation, and destressing.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
