MAALDE is a company in the ethnic fashion and wholesale industry, working with retailers and businesses across India. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in marketing, digital campaigns, social media, market research, and B2B business development.

This internship is suitable for candidates who want hands-on exposure to marketing in a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market and competitor research, including products, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Assist with social media planning and activities for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
Support content planning, campaign ideas, captions, and promotional activities.
Assist with digital marketing activities, including Meta Ads, lead-generation campaigns, audience research, and campaign performance analysis.
Support B2B marketing initiatives focused on retailers, wholesalers, resellers, and business growth.
Research and identify potential business leads and opportunities.
Track leads, engagement, campaign performance, conversion rates, and other marketing metrics.
Conduct customer and market research to understand customer preferences and business requirements.
Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness, marketing activities, and market reach.

Preferred Qualifications

Fresher or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
Students or graduates pursuing BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Good communication, research, and analytical skills.
Creative mindset with an interest in fashion, branding, and marketing.
Ability to work collaboratively and learn in a fast-paced business environment.

Internship Details

Position: Marketing Intern

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Job Type: Full-Time, Paid Internship

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Work Mode: On-site

Growth Opportunity: Based on performance and business requirements, selected interns may be considered for a full-time role after the internship.
