Role Description US Taxation Team

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our US Taxation Calling Team and US Tax Preparation Team.

Requirements

Experience in US Taxation (Calling or Tax Preparation).Excellent spontaneous verbal communication skills.Strong and consistent communication abilities.Dedicated, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications

Ability to deliver strong customer service and support, focusing on customer satisfaction.Experience in customer-facing roles, contributing to a positive overall customer experience.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and clear articulation.Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM or ticketing tools, email, and office applications.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and willingness to work in a structured on-site environment.Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar support role is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not required.
