Job Summary:

We are seeking a Paraplanner with at least 3+ year of experience in the Australian financial planning process. The candidate will support financial advisors by preparing documents, analyzing client data, and assisting in report preparation.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs) and related

documentation.

 Conduct research on superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement.

 Assist advisers with financial modelling, strategy development and product

comparisons.

 Ensure advice documents are accurate, compliant and completed within required

timelines.

 Maintain client records and supporting documentation.

 Liaise with advisers and internal teams to clarify requirements and manage workflow.

Requirements

 3+ years of Australian financial paraplanning experience.

 Strong knowledge of the Australian financial planning and superannuation

environment.

 Experience preparing SOAs and ROAs.

 Knowledge of Australian compliance and regulatory requirements.

 Strong analytical, written communication and attention-to-detail skills.

 Experience with Xplan is highly desirable.

 Relevant Financial Planning/Finance qualification preferred.

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Finance-related degree

Experience:

• Minimum 3 year in Australian paraplanning

Experience : 3 - 5

Timing : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Working Shift : Day Shift (Onsite)
