COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Flowdojo is a Webflow Premium Partner based in Bhopal. We build websites for B2B and SaaS companies that need their site to actually do something for the business, not just look good.

We're a team of nine, and we've worked with over 100 businesses so far, from early startups to companies well past their first few funding rounds. We care about clean execution, people taking ownership of their work, and finding better ways to do things rather than repeating the way they've always been done.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Founder's Office Intern, you'll work directly with our founder Pranjal and our Head of Operations, Prashansa. This is a broad role, and you'll be close to how the business actually runs.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking real ownership of a few client projects, coordinating them from kickoff through delivery
• Running our social media end to end, which means planning content, shooting video, being on camera when needed, and publishing
• Sales research, lead generation, and follow-ups
• Supporting marketing and helping test growth ideas
• Cross-functional work and one-off projects alongside the founder
• You'll be asked "can you figure this out?" fairly often. The answer is usually yes, followed by a few good questions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We care more about curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn than a perfect resume.

What we're looking for:

• Clear communication, written and spoken
• Strong ownership. You get things done without being asked twice
• Comfortable juggling several priorities at once without dropping any
• Comfortable on camera, or willing to get comfortable
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity, and sensible about when not to use them
• Genuine interest in startups, marketing, sales, and operations

Bonus points if you've:

• Run a college club, event, or student community
• Worked on content creation, social media, or marketing
• Used tools like Notion or ClickUp
• Tried your hand at sales, business development, or lead generation
• Built a system that saved your team time
