Job Role – Formwork Engineer

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day formwork activities for high-rise residential projects.
Experience in Mivan/Aluform systems is essential, including erection, alignment, inspection and dismantling.
Ensure formwork execution is carried out as per approved drawings, methodology, quality standards and safety requirements.
Monitor cycle time, productivity, manpower deployment and efficient utilization of formwork materials.
Coordinate with construction, reinforcement and MEP teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of floor cycles.
Identify and resolve site-level formwork issues, dimensional deviations and interface-related constraints.
Assist in planning, material requirements, quantity tracking, inspections and daily progress reporting.
Ensure proper maintenance, shifting and stacking of formwork materials for efficient reuse across floors/towers.
