Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through multiple channels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Drive sales and lead generation activities to achieve targets
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends
• Present, promote, and position products/services to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development (Retail/Fintech preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
• Good understanding of MS Office and CRM tools
