J ob Description

• Design and execute advanced characterization studies for peptide-based products.
• Conduct higher-order structure and conformational analysis using:
• Circular Dichroism (CD)
• Spectrofluorometric methods
• SV-AUC (Sedimentation Velocity Analytical Ultracentrifugation)
• Evaluate aggregation, oligomerization, and molecular integrity using orthogonal characterization techniques.
• Interpret complex analytical and biophysical data and prepare scientific justification reports.
• Perform method development, qualification and troubleshooting activities.
• Support regulatory filings, comparability assessments, investigations, and scientific discussions.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to capability building within the department.

Educational Qualification

M.Sc./M. Pharm./MTech. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Biochemistry

Experience

Tenure 7 - 9 years of experience in peptide/protein characterization.
