Role Overview

As the Business Crew – Health & Wellness, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Health & Wellness department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, team performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Sales

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the Health & Wellness department.
• Improve conversion, average bill value (ABV), units per bill (UPT), and repeat customer engagement.
• Deliver personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to maximize category performance through upselling and cross-selling.
  
  

Customer Experience

• Deliver a premium, consultative shopping experience.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Build long-term customer relationships through trust, education, and personalized recommendations.
• Support wellness events, sampling activities, and in-store brand activations.
  
  

Operations & Inventory

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, visually appealing, and compliant with Broadway merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock availability, replenishment, expiry management, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with the inventory and operations teams to minimize stock loss and shrinkage.
• Maintain hygiene, storage, and safety standards for all wellness products.
  
  

Brand & Merchandising

• Execute visual merchandising guidelines for the category.
• Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal displays.
• Partner with brand representatives to improve customer engagement and product knowledge.
  
  

Reporting & Compliance

• Track departmental KPIs and share performance updates with the Department Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, billing processes, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate records related to inventory, damages, and customer feedback.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in Health & Wellness, Nutraceuticals, Pharmacy, FMCG, Sports Nutrition, or Modern Trade.
• Prior experience leading a retail team is preferred.
• Knowledge of supplements, vitamins, organic foods, wellness products, or preventive healthcare is an advantage.
  
  

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Certification or educational background in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health & Wellness, or related fields will be an added advantage.
