Understand hiring requirements from the management and hiring teams. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process. Discuss salary expectations, notice periods, and joining availability. Coordinate offer rollouts and ensure timely candidate joining. Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support other HR activities whenever required
