Job Role: Telecaller – MBBS Abroad Counselling & Admissions

Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents interested in pursuing MBBS abroad.
Counsel students regarding MBBS admission opportunities, universities, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable study-abroad options.
Explain course details, admission processes, documentation, and other relevant information clearly.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain regular communication with leads throughout the counselling and admission process.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth application processing.
Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.
Achieve assigned counselling, follow-up, and admission conversion targets.
Provide professional and customer-focused counselling to students and parents.
Handle student queries and resolve admission-related concerns appropriately.

Required Skills

Prior experience as a Telecaller / Counsellor / Admission Counsellor is preferred.
Experience in MBBS Abroad / Education Counselling will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
