Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update course curricula for postgraduate commerce programs, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry trends.
• Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials both in‑person and via virtual platforms.
• Guide and mentor students on research projects, dissertations, and professional development.
• Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum review committees, and accreditation activities.
• Engage in scholarly research, publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals, and present at conferences.
• Collaborate with industry partners to integrate real‑world case studies and internship opportunities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and assessment strategies.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachlor of Education (B.ed) and Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more commerce specializations (e.g., Accounting, Marketing, International Business, Financial Management).
• Strong academic record with a proven track record of research and publications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
• Ability to use digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) effectively.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at postgraduate level (PGT) in recognized CBSE Schools.
• Experience in curriculum design, academic administration, and student mentorship.
• Industry experience or consultancy background in commerce‑related sectors is advantageous.
• Evidence of successful research projects, conference presentations, or publications.
