- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions as required.
- Experience: Freshers.
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong query-resolution and customer-handling skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- CTC: ₹17,500 per month.
- In-Hand Salary: ₹13,500 per month.
- Benefits: PF, ESI, and lunch provided.
- Location: Gachibowli IIIT Junction, Hyderabad.
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Shift: Rotational Shifts.
