Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day property maintenance and facility operations.
- Monitor and maintain the assigned property and facilities.
- Support routine maintenance and operational activities.
- Identify and report maintenance issues to the concerned supervisor.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and service providers when required.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of assigned facilities.
- Follow facility management procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Support timely resolution of property-related operational issues.
- Maintain basic records of maintenance and facility activities.
- Perform other duties related to property maintenance and operations as assigned.
- Experience: Any experience.
- Education: 12th Pass.
- English: No English required.
- Regional Languages: Fluent in speaking Telugu and Hindi.
- Gender: Male.
- Willingness to work in a facility/property environment.
- Responsible and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
