Job Description

Deliver classroom and practical training to students pursuing careers in the hospitality sector.
Provide industry-oriented training in Food & Beverage Service.
Prepare students for employment in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Ensure high-quality learning outcomes through theoretical and practical sessions.
Follow industry standards and project requirements while delivering training.

Key Responsibilities

Teach restaurant service techniques, table setup, guest handling, menu knowledge, and service etiquette.
Demonstrate food and beverage serving standards, hygiene, and safety practices.
Conduct practical sessions on:

Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
Evaluate students through assignments, practical assessments, and mock interviews.
Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
Provide training in soft skills, grooming, and customer service.
Support students with placement preparation and career guidance.
Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure training is delivered according to industry standards and project requirements.
