Job Role: Recruiter

Job Description

Identify and recruit blue-collar Delivery Associates through field visits, local advertisements, job fairs, and social media channels.
Conduct aggressive field recruitment drives near delivery hubs, local marketplaces, and transit nodes.
Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for delivery roles.
Conduct candidate screening and explain job roles, responsibilities, and employment terms.
Manage the complete onboarding process for selected candidates.
Collect and verify required documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, and Driving Licence (DL).
Coordinate background verification and ensure completion of required checks.
Assist candidates with app registration and activation processes.
Maintain accurate candidate records and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and delivery hubs to ensure smooth deployment of new hires.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment and onboarding targets.
