SCM EBS Support

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM Support Consultant to provide production support, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and functional/technical assistance for Oracle SCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS SCM applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues within agreed SLAs.

Support Oracle SCM Modules Such As

Inventory

Purchasing / Procurement

Order Management

iProcurement

Shipping

BOM

WIP

Planning

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.

Investigate issues related to interfaces, concurrent programs, workflows, reports, and data discrepancies.

Work with technical teams for SQL, PL/SQL, interfaces, and customization-related issues.

Perform root-cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for recurring production issues.

Support month-end/year-end activities and critical business processes.

Coordinate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and offshore/onshore stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain support documentation, issue logs, and knowledge-base articles.

Participate in testing, deployment, patches, enhancements, and change requests.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 SCM support.

Good knowledge of Oracle SCM business processes.

Hands-on experience in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and iProcurement.

Good understanding of SQL and PL/SQL.

Experience with Oracle EBS interfaces, concurrent programs, workflows, and APIs.

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Experience working in ITIL-based production support environments.

Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

Oracle EBS implementation/enhancement experience.

Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher/BI Publisher.

Experience with EDI, Web Services, and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of Oracle Advanced Supply Chain modules.

Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and migrations.
