Job Title: UX Writer

Job Summary

We are looking for a UX Writer (Technical) with 3–4 years of experience to create clear, concise, and

user-centric content for complex digital products and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate

should be able to simplify technical concepts into intuitive user guidance while ensuring consistency

across the product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Write UX copy, microcopy, and technical documentation for digital products.

• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content.

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain content standards, terminology, and Design Language System (DLS)

guidelines.

• Ensure content is consistent, accessible, and aligned with UX best practices.

• Improve content based on user feedback and usability insights.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in UX Writing, Technical Writing, or Content Design.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong understanding of UX writing, content design, and information architecture.

• Experience writing for enterprise or SaaS applications with complex workflows.

• Ability to simplify technical information into clear, user-focused content.

• Experience contributing to Design Language Systems (DLS) or content guidelines.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of French is an added advantage
