Copywriter

The Role

We are looking for a copywriter to lead the writing on our brand work.

Campaign lines, manifestos, positioning, naming, deck copy, social, pitch narratives — the words that make a brand sound like itself and no one else. You will work across auto, hospitality, FMCG, and financial services, and on the studio's own voice.

What you will do

Brand writing - the core of the role

1. Write campaign platforms, taglines, manifestos, and brand narratives for global and Indian clients.
2. Turn strategy into language. Positioning statements, tone-of-voice systems, naming, and messaging hierarchies.
3. Write the copy inside pitch decks, case studies, and credentials work — with the same care as the campaign itself.
4. Build and hold brand voice across a client's full output, in multiple languages and formats, from a single creative seed.
5. Own the studio's own voice across the site, social, and showreels.

Beyond brand

You will also contribute to the wider writing the studio needs:

1. Scripts and treatments for ad films, microdramas, and music videos, in collaboration with our directors.
2. Editorial and longform — film essays, thought pieces, case study narratives.
3. Client-facing writing: proposals, responses to briefs, presentation narratives.
4. Internal craft work — writing guidelines, prompt language, and reference material other writers use.

What we are looking for

1. 3-5 years writing for brands. Agency, brand studio, or in-house.
2. A portfolio built on brand and campaign work — platforms, lines, and narratives you can talk through end to end.
3. Range from a manifesto to a caption. Both are craft.
4. Fluency in English and Hindi. A third Indian language is a real advantage.
5. Structural instinct. You know where an argument turns and why a line fails.
6. Comfort with AI as a working method. Curiosity is enough; expertise is welcome.

1. Produced film or script credits of any kind.
2. Naming and verbal identity experience.
3. Longform or editorial writing.
4. A grasp of production economics — you write knowing what a shot costs to make.
