Job Role: Carpenter

Job Description

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities.
Repair and maintain damaged furniture and wooden structures.
Repair and maintain locks, door closers, hinges, and other fixtures.
Inspect carpentry-related fixtures and identify repair or maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper installation and functioning of doors, windows, furniture, and partitions.
Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Complete assigned maintenance and repair work within the required timelines.

Key Skills

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 2–5 Years in carpentry and general building maintenance.
Experience in commercial buildings, offices, hospitals, hotels, or industrial facilities is preferred.
Practical knowledge of carpentry tools and wooden fixtures is required.
