Shopify Account Manager

We're hiring: Shopify Manager | Novel Group | Mysuru (on-site)

Novel Group is a Mysuru-based multi-brand consumer goods company running four brands — Novel Babio (baby care), ALMA (perfumes), Novel Cosmetics and MediBath. We manufacture in-house at Mysuru and Manesar, sell across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Tata 1mg and FirstCry, and are at ~₹70 Cr revenue on the way to ₹500 Cr.

Our marketplace business is strong. Our D2C store is not — yet. That's the job.

What you'll own

You will own noveltissues.com end to end: revenue, contribution margin, and everything that moves them.

• Store management — catalogue, theme, pages, landing pages, site speed, CRO
• Performance marketing across Meta and Google, either hands-on or by managing an agency you hold accountable
• Retention — email, WhatsApp and SMS flows, bundles, subscriptions, repeat-purchase programmes for consumables like wipes and diapers
• Unit economics — COGS, discounting, shipping, RTO, gateway costs, blended ROAS.
• Logistics and ops integration — Shiprocket, OMS, COD/prepaid mix, RTO reduction
• Analytics — GA4, GTM, attribution, weekly reporting to the founder
• Pulling marketplace demand onto D2C without breaking pricing parity

What we're looking for

• 5+ years running Shopify stores, ideally brand-side, in FMCG / beauty / baby care / personal care
• Proven monthly D2C revenue you personally owned
• Hands-on with Shopify admin and basic Liquid, Klaviyo or equivalent, WhatsApp marketing tools, reviews apps, GA4
• Comfortable with paid media numbers: spend, ROAS, CAC, AOV, contribution margin
• Data-first, fast-moving, and happy to work directly with the founder with very short reporting lines
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mysuru
