About The Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive CSM & YouTube Executive to manage and grow SuperGrads’ digital presence across social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube and Instagram. The role will involve content planning, execution, audience engagement, and analyzing performance for our CAT & IPMAT audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow SuperGrads’ YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Plan and execute content calendars, including YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels and other engaging formats.
• Coordinate with faculty, content creators, designers and video editors for content creation and publishing.
• Handle YouTube SEO, including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, keywords and playlists.
• Track YouTube and social media analytics such as views, watch time, CTR, retention and engagement.
• Identify trending topics, formats and content opportunities relevant to CAT & IPMAT aspirants.
• Engage with the online student community through comments, DMs and social media interactions.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends and bring new content ideas to improve reach and engagement.
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest strategies for channel and social media growth.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, YouTube, Content Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing a YouTube/social media page is preferred.
• Good understanding of YouTube Analytics, SEO, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong content planning, communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
• Experience in EdTech or education-focused content will be an added advantage.
