Experience in multiple engagement and pricing models – FP, T&M, Unit pricing, Gain sharing, Risk / Reward / Outcome based pricing.
Good knowledge of market benchmarks – effort estimation, productivity / continuous improvements, SLA’s, pricing.
Experience in working with Third Party Advisory (TPA) firms.
Should have experience in both sales and delivery functions.
Experience / ability to manage internal stake holders (CXO’s, SOH’s, DAG, et al.) throughout the bid process.
Experience in engaging with the client / TPA during – Yellow Pads / Q&A sessions, Orals, Client visits.
A self-starter having the ability to work with little or no guidance
