What You'll Do:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
Conduct interviews and evaluate potential hires
Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our systems
Research market trends to enhance recruitment strategies
Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes

What We're Looking For:
Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn about the recruitment industry and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
