The Project

This is a commercial project in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provide informal guidance and support to junior colleagues, helping them navigate processes and develop skills.
• Deliver efficient project administration, including diary management, office set-up, filing systems, and correspondence in line with the Mace Way.
• Manage project systems such as Infomace, Outlook mailboxes, directories, and training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and client interactions, ensuring smooth operations and professional delivery.
• Oversee financial and procurement tasks, including petty cash reconciliations and supplier orders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Work collaboratively to drive continuous improvement and contribute to Mace’s net zero carbon transition by proactively managing project emissions.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
