BDE Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintaining good public relations and creating great bonds with clients.
• A person with an outgoing personality and strong communication abilities will do well in the IT industry.
• Follow up on any sales leads, clearly providing pertinent facts.
• Use telephone, email, and internet contact to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners.
• Daily follow-up with the operational team & updating lead status.
• Manage Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner.
