We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive with hands-on Shopify experience to manage day-to-day store operations and support marketplace activities.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with Shopify and a good understanding of e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for managing products, inventory, orders, store data, and supporting marketplace operations while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Shopify experience is mandatory for this role.

• Manage Shopify products, collections, variants, SKUs, pricing, inventory, and orders.
• Upload and optimize product listings, images, descriptions, and other product-related data.
• Manage Shopify navigation, tags, filters, and basic store settings.
• Work with Shopify themes and make basic content and layout updates.
• Handle basic Shopify apps, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor orders, inventory, and overall store performance.
• Assist with marketplace operations, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure assigned tasks are completed within timelines.
• Maintain reports, product information, and operational data using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, platforms, and AI tools.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across product and store-related information.
  
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Shopify is mandatory.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, Shopify store management, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new e-commerce tools, technologies, and platforms.
