Responsibilities :
Design and implement scalable and efficient product architectures using Sterling OMS to meet business requirements.
Customize Call Center Screens to add new screens or modify existing screens
Customize Order Hub Screens for fetching data from OMS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing systems and workflows.
Knowledge on Core Java XML Manipulation JUnit Framework and usage of GitHub Copilot for daily work activities.
Analyze and optimize system performance to enhance the overall user experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
