Sales & Appointment Setter — Hospitality & Airbnb Management

Hostvia is looking for a proactive Sales & Appointment Setter to help us grow our hospitality and property management business.

We work with hotels, Airbnb hosts, serviced apartments and short-term rental properties, helping them improve bookings and revenue through OTA management, listing optimization, pricing and property management.

What you'll do

• Find potential hotel, Airbnb and short-term rental clients
• Research and build prospect lists
• Reach out through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, WhatsApp and other channels
• Start conversations with property owners and decision-makers
• Qualify interested leads
• Book meetings and sales calls
• Follow up with prospects
• Help manage and improve our sales pipeline
  

What we're looking for

• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable with cold outreach and starting conversations
• Sales, lead generation or appointment-setting experience is a plus
• Self-driven, organized and consistent
• Interested in startups, sales, hospitality or travel

You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone proactive who can learn quickly and consistently generate opportunities.

Compensation

Fixed Pay: ₹6,000–₹15,000 per month + Commission

The fixed salary will depend on your experience, skills and responsibilities.

The commission structure will be discussed during the interview based on the role and performance expectations.
