Broad outline of the Role

• This is an operational role responsible for managing day to day sales support operations. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

• 0-4 years experience for sales support ops role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operation support for order booking.
• Track Contract Notification Tab
• Reserve all Orders for assigned Account managers.
• All orders to be approved within 48 hours of entry into package validation.
• All Name Change Requests to be entered in Tiger and SFDC.
• Disconnection order to be created within 24 hours of receiving the request from collections or Credit team and order needs to process immediately.
