Role Description The Researcher role at VICTRO PR is a contract, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The Researcher will collect, analyze, and synthesize data related to clients, industries, media coverage, and public sentiment to support strategic PR and communications initiatives. Daily activities include monitoring news and social media, compiling research reports, preparing briefing notes, and identifying trends that can inform campaigns and messaging. The role involves collaborating with account and strategy teams to provide insights, verify information, and contribute data-driven recommendations for public relations and reputation management activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather data from multiple sources and present clear, concise insights.
• Candidates should possess skills in media and digital monitoring, such as tracking news, social platforms, and public discourse relevant to clients and campaigns.
• Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, summaries, and briefing materials.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with common productivity and presentation tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, and slide software) and basic data organization skills.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, political science, business, or a related field are beneficial.
• Attention to detail, ethical handling of information, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential.
• Prior experience or internships in PR, communications, market research, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
