Business Development / Lead Generation Associate (Commission-based)

We're Hiring: Business Development / Lead Generation Associate 

(Commission-Based, Remote)

Antani AI Solutions is an early-stage AI company helping businesses grow 

smarter through Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative 

AI — including AI-powered websites, chatbots, automation, and custom AI 

solutions.

We're looking for a motivated, self-driven individual to help us identify 

and reach out to potential clients as we grow.

What You'll Do:

- Identify businesses that could benefit from AI solutions (outdated 

 websites, no online presence, manual processes, etc.)

- Send outreach messages via WhatsApp, email, or LinkedIn using templates 

 we provide

- Follow up with interested leads

- Log qualified leads in a shared tracker

What We're Looking For:

- Comfortable with cold outreach (WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn)

- Self-motivated — this is a commission-based role, so your effort 

 directly drives your earnings

- Basic understanding of business/sales is a plus, but not required

- Students, freelancers, and career-starters are welcome to apply

Compensation:

- ₹50 per qualified lead (business owner responds positively and agrees 

 to a call/demo)

- Plus 10% commission on the first project value for any deal that 

 closes from your leads

- Fully remote, flexible hours — work whenever suits you
