BIM Modelers - Mechanical & Electrical | 2+ Years

We are looking for experienced BIM Modelers in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines to join our growing BIM delivery team in Chennai. The candidates will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the delivery of engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Create and update Mechanical or Electrical models based on engineering and construction drawings.

Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.

Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.

Support clash detection and BIM coordination activities using Navisworks.

Prepare drawings, schedules, and other BIM deliverables.

Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM requirements, and quality standards.

Review model accuracy and incorporate design revisions.

Work closely with BIM Leads and Coordinators to achieve project deliverables and deadlines.

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant BIM modeling experience.

Strong experience in either Mechanical or Electrical BIM modeling.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.

Good knowledge of BIM workflows and modeling standards.

Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.

Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
