About The Role
We are looking for an experienced UiPath Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining UiPath automation solutions to ensure smooth business operations.

4-7 years of experience in RPA, with hands-on expertise in UiPath.

Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes is preferred.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced UiPath Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining UiPath automation solutions to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- 4-7 years of experience in RPA, with hands-on expertise in UiPath.
- Provide production support for UiPath bots and automation workflows.
- Monitor bot performance and resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with development and business teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes is preferred.
4-7 years of experience in RPA, with hands-on expertise in UiPath.
