Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Staffing & Recruitment (USA/ Canada) to manage day-to-day US recruitment activities, lead a team of recruiters, manage clients, and drive recruitment delivery with quick turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve business targets.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle RPO and Direct staffing requirements with quick turnaround time.
• Manage client relationships and understand their staffing requirements.
• Ensure quick TAT on new requirements and timely submission of qualified candidates.
• Manage Bench Sales activities and consultant marketing.
• Handle individual contribution (IC) responsibilities along with team management.
• Track team performance, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
• Coordinate with clients, candidates, recruiters, and internal teams.
• Ensure recruiters follow proper staffing processes and delivery standards.
• Understand common USA/ Canada tax terms, Immigration, Work authorizations and hire types.
• Monitor daily operations, productivity, and recruitment metrics.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support business growth through strong client relationships and delivery.
  
  

Required Skills

• Min 9 years of strong experience in Staffing and Recruitment.
• Experience in Team Management and Operations.
• Strong knowledge of End-to-End Recruitment, RPO, and Bench Sales.
• Thorough understanding of USA/ Canada Tax Terms, Work Types and Immigration.
• Strong Client Management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick TAT requirements.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to contribute individually while effectively managing the team.
