Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Hyderabad (Full-Time) Role Objective: Produce performance-driven video assets for ads, social media, brand films, and campaign promotions. KPIs: Video ad performance (CTR, CPC reduction) Watch time improvement Creative output speed Audience retention percentage Shorts/Reels completion rate Tools: Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve preferred. Ai tools for video creation., CGI Video creation Salary Bandwidth: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum

Requirements

• Edit reels, ads, explainer videos, testimonials
• Create performance Ad variations
• Add motion graphics and subtitles
• Optimize for retention and platform algorithms
• Collaborate with the performance team for ad creatives
• Edit long-form (30–60 mins)
• Create short-form cuts (30–90 seconds)
• Add motion graphics, SFX, subtitles, transitions, and hooks
• Optimize videos for retention and watch time
• Coordinate with the Creative Director for storytelling structure
