Lead Graphic Designer

We're looking for a creative AI Presentation & Graphic Designer to join our software organization ecosystem. This role connects intricate technical software ideas with exceptional visual storytelling, using cutting-edge Generative AI tools combined with expert-level PowerPoint capabilities to speed up production processes and transform how our teams create business pitches, technical architecture diagrams, and important executive keynotes.

Responsibilities

• Integrate GenAI workflows directly into everyday tasks to boost productivity and design efficiency
• Use advanced prompting techniques to create vector icons, photorealistic imagery, context-specific textures, UI mockups, and layout concepts
• Take full ownership of designing executive-level PowerPoint decks, including client pitches, software architecture proposals, product launch keynotes, and internal training materials
• Collaborate closely with software architects, engineers, and product managers to convert complex technical data, workflows, and code structures into clear, easily understandable infographic systems
• Build and refine AI-driven templates, automated asset pipelines, and structural layouts within PowerPoint to expand design capacity across regional business units
• Guarantee that all AI-generated assets are carefully vetted, ethically produced, and enhanced to presentation-quality resolution
• Keep all design assets consistently aligned with enterprise corporate brand guidelines
  
  

Requirements

• 9-15 years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced software, IT consulting, or corporate technology environment
• Skilled in using Generative AI tools to enhance design workflows, including text-to-image/vector platforms such as Midjourney, DALL-E 3, and Adobe Firefly
• Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint, covering master slides, advanced typography, custom vector shape manipulation, layout systems, color theory, and subtle animation/morph transitions
• Knowledge of modern product concepts like Cloud, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps, as well as UI/UX workflows and APIs, to accurately depict technical structures
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop, or Figma, to polish and adjust AI-generated components before integrating them into presentations
• A well-rounded digital design portfolio showcasing advanced PowerPoint presentation layouts, iconography, technical visualization examples, and documented instances of AI tool usage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with advanced English language skills
