Role Descriptions:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Benefits Functional Consultant with 515 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud to support and deliver Benefits implementations| enhancements| and support initiatives. The role requires strong functional expertise in benefits configuration| eligibility| and plan design aligned with business and statutory requirements.515 years of experience with at least 2+ Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementations.Strong hands-on experience in:Benefits configuration (programs| plans| eligibility)Rate calculations and coverage definitionsLife event processingGood understanding of benefits administration processes.Experience working with HDL| HCM Extracts| and reporting tools (BI Reports/OTBI).Knowledge of benefits integration with payroll and third-party vendors.Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to Oracle Benefits Cloud implementations including requirement gathering| solution design| configuration| testing| and go-live support.Configure benefit programs| plans| plan types| eligibility profiles| life events| rates| and coverage options.Manage open enrollment and life event processing.Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design and optimize benefits offerings.Ensure proper integration with Core HR| Payroll| Compensation| and Absence modules.Support data migration| HDL loads| and benefits extracts/reporting.Perform SIT| UAT testing| and resolve defects.Provide post-production support| enhancements| and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with applicable benefits policies and regulations.
