SAP ABAP Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team.

Experience: We are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of experience in relevant fields.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6- 7 years of SAP ABAP development experience, including at least one full implementation and production support cycle
• Strong hands-on experience: ABAP Reports, Module Pool, ALV, BDC, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms, Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, BAPI)
• Experience with enhancement frameworks: user exits, BADIs, enhancement spots
• Working knowledge of ABAP Objects (OOP ABAP) and Object-Oriented programming concepts
• Debugging skills across functional modules (SD, MM, PP, QM) to support cross-module troubleshooting
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of custom code
• Experience in a production support / AMS environment, including ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Solman, Remedy, JIRA)
• Experience with SAP transport management and change control processes
• Familiarity with S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA (CDS views, AMDP) is preferred; ECC experience acceptable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under SLA pressure
• Good communication skills for interacting with functional teams and business stakeholders
  
  

Good to Have:

• SAP S/4HANA ABAP certification
• Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming) model
• Exposure to Fiori/UI5 development or OData services
• Experience with SAP PI/PO or CPI for interface development
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
