The role also contributes to internal engineering quality through documentation, code review, release discipline, and secure delivery practices. Responsibilities

Build scalable backend services and APIs
Collaborate with product and design on technical feasibility
Write clean, testable, and observable code
Participate in architecture and security reviews
Maintain performance, reliability, and compliance standards

Requirements

Must have

2+ years of Node.js experience
Solid REST/GraphQL API design
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Understanding of auth, RBAC, and security basics
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Familiarity with compliance requirements
