Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Air & Sea Export Pricing Executive to handle export pricing, rate procurement, quotations and vendor coordination. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Air & Sea Export Pricing within the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Air & Sea Export Pricing enquiries.
• Procure competitive rates from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents and vendors.
• Prepare and share accurate and competitive freight quotations.
• Handle FCL & LCL export pricing requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for pricing enquiries.
• Negotiate freight rates, surcharges and commercial terms with vendors.
• Maintain updated freight rate sheets and pricing databases.
• Analyse market rates and provide competitive pricing solutions.
• Follow up on quotations and support the Sales team in converting business.
• Maintain proper records of rates, quotations and vendor details.
• Ensure timely response to pricing enquiries as per company TAT.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Air & Sea Export Pricing.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Air Export & Sea Export pricing.
• Hands-on experience with FCL & LCL.
• Good knowledge of shipping lines, airlines, freight rates and surcharges.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
