The Role

We're looking for a Finance - Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to manage invoicing, collections, and receivables while ensuring timely payments and healthy cash flow.

What You'll Do

Generate and send customer invoices.
Track outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate AR records in Zoho Books and Excel.
Coordinate with clients on payment-related queries.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections.
Experience with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation is preferred
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Shift: Aligned with US business hours

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
