JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for supporting the execution of environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) programs to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, environmental protection standards, and organizational EH&S policies. The role assists in identifying workplace hazards, unsafe conditions, and environmental risks, supporting preventive safety measures and corrective actions. It contributes to conducting safety inspections, environmental monitoring activities, and safety documentation management, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal safety procedures. The position participates in incident reporting, investigation support, and safety awareness initiatives, helping improve workplace safety culture. It also supports delivery of EH&S training programs and compliance reporting, while maintaining accurate safety records and audit documentation to promote safe and sustainable operational practices.

Essential Functions

• Support implementation of EH&S policies, procedures, and safety programs
• Assist in hazard identification and risk assessment across work areas
• Conduct routine safety inspections and internal audits
• Support investigation of safety, health, and environmental incidents
• Assist in recommending and tracking corrective and preventive actions
• Support environmental protection initiatives and waste management activities
• Coordinate and deliver EH&S training and safety awareness programs
• Monitor regulatory compliance and maintain statutory documentation
• Support emergency preparedness drills and crisis response activities
• Assist in workplace ergonomics and employee well-being initiatives
• Maintain EH&S records, reports, and audit documentation
• Support safety, security, and event-related EH&S arrangements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: ITI/ Diploma

Exp. Range : 3 to 7 years in ETP Operation
