Growth Creative Specialist - Ad Creatives, Funnels, CRO (Full Time, Remote)

WHO WE ARE

GAJAN Group Holdings runs eleven businesses including four e-commerce brands and a beauty services brand in Canada. Our ads run daily, our tracking is handled by a dedicated specialist; what we need is the creative and the funnel.

WHAT THIS JOB IS

You make the ads and design the path. Ad creatives (statics, simple video edits, hooks and copy) for Meta and Google across our brands, and Figma-based funnel mocks: landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, then CRO tests on what you shipped. You work with our media buyer and tracking specialist: they run and measure, you create and iterate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Produce ad creatives weekly: hooks, statics, short video cuts, copy variants

- Design funnel and landing page mocks in Figma, from ad click to checkout

- Propose and run CRO tests: what to change, why, and what happened

- Read performance data with the team and kill or scale your own creatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A portfolio of real ad creatives you personally made, with results you can defend: the application starts with your portfolio link and is not read without one

- Working Figma fluency: pages, components, handoff-ready mocks

- You think in funnels: you can explain why a product page converts or does not

- Comfortable using AI tools for creative production: we expect it
