Imitate Labs (Aurra Sales Agent) Hiring: Telecaller – Screening & Appointment Setting

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Employment: Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced Telecaller to generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling and book meetings for our sales team.

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls using provided cold and warm lead lists
• Screen inbound enquiries and AI-identified hot leads
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need and timeline
• Book meetings and send confirmations and reminders
• Follow up consistently without being pushy
• Maintain accurate call notes and lead updates in the CRM
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in telecalling, inside sales or appointment setting
• Fluency in Tamil and English
• Hindi, Telugu or Malayalam is an advantage
• Strong listening, communication and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with high call volumes and follow-ups
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools and calendar scheduling
• Able to commute reliably to Thiruvanmiyur
