ROLE SUMMARY:

The Portfolio Manager (Sr. Associate) is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of startups within the incubator. This role involves tracking startup performance, facilitating mentorship and resources, ensuring milestone achievement, and acting as a key liaison between founders, investors, and internal teams to drive startup growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of incubated startups across different stages
• Track KPIs, milestones, and progress reports for portfolio companies
• Coordinate mentorship, advisory sessions, and expert support for startups
• Assist startups in business planning, fundraising readiness, and market strategy
• Act as a point of contact between founders, investors, mentors, and incubator management
• Organize demo days, review meetings, and investor interactions
• Identify risks, challenges, and growth opportunities within the startup portfolio
• Maintain portfolio documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Support compliance with incubator policies, grant requirements, and reporting standards
