Lead Software Engineer - Java FS Angular

We're on the lookout for a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Java FS Angular to join our team, taking charge of designing, building, and delivering scalable full-stack solutions while guiding team members and coordinating with groups across different functions.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine details, and showcase completed work
• Write code that adheres to established standards and architectural guidelines
• Carry out code reviews and offer direction to fellow team members
• Build effective unit, acceptance, and integration test coverage
• Partner with the Delivery Lead and Scrum Masters to support smooth, planned releases
• Contribute to testing, training, and implementation stages across projects
• Address non-functional requirements, including performance and security considerations
• Work with multiple interface-related teams to confirm end-to-end functionality operates correctly
• Produce high-quality deliverables while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams spanning various time zones
  
  

Requirements

• Between 8 and 12 years of software engineering background, with particular focus on Java and full-stack development
• Strong command of Java 8+, Spring Boot, and REST API design
• Skilled in Microservices architecture
• Capability in JUnit, JavaScript, and SQL
• Solid grasp of software engineering best practices and design pattern usage
• Working knowledge of Agile development approaches
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
