Key Account Executive

Time: 10 to 7

Weekoff: 2nd and 4th Saturday off, All sundays off

Salary: 4 LPA CTC

Location: Ahmedabad-based only

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and renewal targets
• Drive upselling and cross-selling of payroll services/products
• Act as a primary POC for assigned clients and ensure overall account health
• Drive client retention, renewals, and account growth
• Analyze client requirements and recommend relevant payroll solutions/services
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle escalations effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Track key metrics like MRR, retention, renewal & customer satisfaction
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/account reports

Additional Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and revenue-driven mindset
• Client relationship & stakeholder management
• Problem-solving and presentation skills
• Experience in B2B/SaaS/Payroll domain preferred
