A well-known global consumer brand is building its India studio and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a marketing consultant to sharpen how it goes to market. You will shape strategy and campaigns for a brand millions already recognise. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Consultant, you will advise on positioning, channels, and campaigns, then help turn that strategy into plans the team can run and measure.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Assess current marketing and recommend positioning and priorities
• Shape channel, content, and campaign strategy against clear goals
• Define the metrics that show whether marketing is working

Execution & Measurement

• Translate strategy into briefs and plans the team can deliver
• Partner with content, design, and performance teams on rollout
• Review campaign data and recommend practical improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 6 years in marketing strategy, brand, or growth roles
• Strong grasp of digital channels, content, and campaign metrics
• Able to move between strategy and hands-on execution
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a consumer or D2C brand
• Familiarity with analytics, SEO, and performance-marketing tools
• An MBA or a marketing qualification
