Project Manager - Managed Services

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to run day-to-day operations for a large managed services solution practice with steady service quality. You will align cross-functional teams, strengthen governance and SLA execution, and support AI initiatives through clear reporting and process improvement. Responsibilities

• Run operations for the "Managed Services Solution Practice"
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to align project goals and streamline service delivery processes
• Facilitate clear communication channels and routine status reporting for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Drive senior leader engagement and alignment on AI initiatives
• Lead key calls across multiple programs/initiatives while handling ambiguity and multitasking
• Track progress and report key performance indicators tied to AI practice operations
• Support the integration of AI knowledge into practice workflows and deliverables
• Identify operational challenges and resolve them to keep the practice running smoothly
• Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria during initiation and planning
• Oversee ongoing program performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations
• Evaluate risks that impact program outcomes and stakeholder expectations, and mitigate them
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports, and drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and refining operational workflows
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive IT industry experience of 14-17 years across delivery, operations, or program environments
• Demonstrated background in managed services programs and running operations for large accounts/programs, emphasizing operational consistency and risk mitigation
• Proven ability to collaborate with local and global leaders plus diverse cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior leadership across global stakeholders
• Strong capability in negotiating and de-escalating stakeholder conflicts through strategic communication
• Solid competency in establishing governance frameworks that ensure SLA adherence and improve operational excellence
• Genuine enthusiasm for applying AI technologies to improve managed services delivery and innovation
• Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and related technologies
• Hands-on background in creating and maintaining senior leader reports and dashboards
• Proven experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives
• Working proficiency with Jira including board and workflow management, dashboards, and queries
• Practical familiarity with Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate
